Definition
It refers to the quantity per unit of measurement of the specified products for self-consumption purchased from the household according to "Individual Consumption Classification by Purpose (COICOP)". The quantities and values of the consumed products that are produced by the household for themselves as self-consumption, estimated at the price they would have been purchased.
Operational Definition
Includes products from the household garden, fruit trees, farms, bee-hive yard, and other products taken elsewhere (not bought, such as firewood, mushrooms, etc.) and consumed by the household for their daily needs are noted according to the type of product.
